Group courses to learn aerial acrobatic techniques applied to hoops and fabrics.
AERIAL ACROBATICS COURSE
A typical circus discipline that can be performed on various equipment, primarily fabrics and the hoop. Spectacular and adrenaline-filled, it allows for a consistent full-body workout, including muscle strength, flexibility, and motor coordination.
Membership
Requirements: - kN membership €30
- medical certificate of fitness for non-competitive sports

4 hoops and 4 fabrics to work on both disciplines
Trial lesson
Trial lessons cost €20. Trial lessons are available year-round upon reservation.

This workshop is for intermediate/advanced aerial acrobatics practitioners, exploring dynamics, rolls, and drops on fabrics and hoops.
Prerequisites: good flexibility and strength, inversions in the air, pull-ups, pikes, straddles, single-leg popliteal hold, balances and simple falls on fabrics and hoops.

Designed for those who wish to develop a deeper understanding of the basic elements and skills needed to properly perform and approach acrobatic exercises and acrobatic practice, the workshop offers a structured and comprehensive training program.

ACRO-FLOORWORK
WITH LUIS COLOMBO
The workshop offers a full immersion in the expressive world of aerial acrobatics fused with “Floorwork,” a subject of study in contemporary art, an avant-garde movement of Japanese origin, which has its roots in butoh, the dance of death and life, ACRO-FLOORWOK.
It unfolds in three one-hour sessions, each focusing on developing contact and pressure on the floor, analyzing the concept of gravity and how to best utilize it. The insights derived from the ground transform into levers, pressure points, or points of application of force, transforming into constraints and moments of rotation, finally arriving at the moment when each participant transforms what they have discovered into their own unique approach to the instrument.

- 4 hoops and 4 fabrics to work on both disciplines

- Two workshops of 3 hours each
- FIRST ROUND 10:00 - 14:30
- SECOND ROUND 3:00 PM - 6:30 PM
- All shifts will be spaced out with a 15 minute rest period between each shift.
